Benedict Ar… err… Megyn Kelly was fired from her NBC show this week. During a panel discussion on her show Megyn Kelly Today on October 23rd, Kelly said:
“You do get in trouble if you are a white person who puts on blackface for Halloween, or a black person who puts on whiteface for Halloween. Back when I was a kid, that was okay just as long as you were dressing as a character.”
Of course, the Media/Internet reacted to the comment with all of the grace and understanding we have come to expect from those spheres:
