Will Smith And Martin Lawrence To Reunite Once More

2003 was the last time we saw Detectives Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnett in Bad Boys 2.

Move forward 15 years and we are going to see them finally reunite for the 3rd installment of their buddy cop franchise in Bad Boys For Life.

Bad Boys (1995) and Bad Boys II (2003) were both directed by Transformers’ Michael Bay, and collectively made over $400M. The producer from the original Bad Boys movie, Jerry Bruckheimer, will return to production duties.

Plot details about the movie are unsurprisingly scarce, but some snippets have already been revealed by That Hashtag Show, who suggest that Burnett and Lowrey won’t be as friendly at the start of the movie.

Lowrey is expected to be going through a midlife crisis while Burnett works away as a private eye, but the two are set to reunite once again when the threat of an Albanian mercenary comes into play.

You guys looking forward to this movie? After years of development hell, it appears there’s been some thought applied to this next installment, instead of just making another movie for the sake of it.

Here are the trailers for the first two movies:

Bad Boys For Life will start filming next year, and be in cinemas by January 2020.
