A Little Rushed and Calculated?
There is a lot of recycled footage from previous movies and trailers. A lot. Nothing new is revealed here except the Avengers’ space uniforms. And then there is the stinger, trying to force the Captain Marvel meme.
I don’t know… just seems a lit bit off and a lot wrong-footed.
My tinfoil is tingling. Is this an attempt to save Captain Marvel at the box office after that massive 72% Sun-Monday drop? Batman v Superman only dropped by 55%.
Maybe my tinfoil is too tight. Either way, Disney was going to push your Flying Mommy Figure hard in a fresh Endgame trailer, I just figured they would wait a couple of weeks.
Either way, this trailer is pretty unimpressive. Maybe it’s because I only have one Captain.
