Although some of their films have fallen short as of late, Warner and his brothers do churn out some solid animated features based on the DC comics. More often than not I really enjoy these, unlike the DCEU movies which up until I stopped watching, I have hated with a passion.
Now comes another Suicide Squad feature titled Hell To Pay. Check out the trailer below .
Suicide Squad: Hell to Pay is a new animated feature coming to Blu-ray, DVD and Digital later this year from Warner Bros. Animation, DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Home Entertainment.
The film is rated R for strong bloody violence throughout, sexual content, brief graphic nudity, and some drug material. The synopsis goes a little something like this ;
The Suicide Squad tries to find a powerful mystical object. Task Force X, consisting of Deadshot, Harley Quinn, Killer Frost, Bronze Tiger, Captain Boomerang and Copperhead, are racing and battling against other villains for the object.
The film boasts an impressive cast voiced by C. Thomas Howell, Christian Slater, Dania Ramirez and Tara Strong.
Sam Liu serves as Producer/Director, with a script by co-producer Alan Burnett. Its a dream team I guess.
