Did Sansa Stark learn nothing growing up in the harsh climate of Winterfell? Based on the trailer for the new show Survive that seems to be the case.
When Jane’s plane crashes on a remote snow-covered mountain, she must pull herself out of the wreckage and fight for her life alongside Paul, the only other remaining survivor. Together, they embark on a harrowing journey out of the wilderness, battling brutal conditions and personal traumas.
The new series stars former Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner in her first series since the show’s eight-season run ended last year. It also stars Corey Hawkins from The Walking Dead.
It will be one of the first shows to debut on Quibi, a new platform created by Hollywood hotshot Jeffrey Katzenberg dedicated to programming created for you phone which all lasts 10 minutes or less.
So if you need something to watch while sitting in the stall at work, this show is for you.
It kind of looks a lot like that movie The Mountain Between Us with Kate Winslet and Idris Elba, which did not exactly light up the box office 3 years ago.

10 minutes or less is kind of gimmicky and you really have to question how good your shows can be if you tie your content creators to a format which probably limits the ability to develop characters, but in addition to Turner, Katzenberg has also been able to attract talents such as Steven Spielberg, the Russon brothers and Zac Efron to Quibi.
Survive starts streaming in April.
