It has been reported that the upcoming Disney streaming service series The Mandalorian has found it’s lead.
Pedro Pascal, known from various roles in Game Of Thrones, The Mentalist, Narcos, Kingsman: The Golden Circle, and The Equalizer 2 has been offered the lead role.
It does seem somewhat odd that production had already begun before the actual lead was cast.
Pedro is currently in contract negotiations with Disney for the lead role. Obviously, the thought that the lead may be female was not to be the case.
**Around 5 pm EST today it was also announced that Gina Carano is also joining the cast.
No word on what role she will be playing yet.
Pedro is no stranger to action if you remember his fight with The Mountain in GoT.
Pedro will also be seen in Wonder Woman 1984 set to be released in 2020.
