Early Christmas Gift From The BBC!
John Luther is back! On their official Twitter page, BBC One has posted the first trailer for season 5 featuring Idris Elba as the broody London detective.
The four-parter is set to air over the festive season this year and based on this trailer, it’s another life or death situation for our man.

The series has generated a cult following since its premiere back in 2010.
Co-creator Neil Cross has made no secret of the fact that he’d like to bring the character to the big screen following the show’s success overseas.
Discussing these plans, Elba added:
“It’s very much in our minds, the film. I think it could be an amazing series of films.”
Luther season five currently has no premiere date.
