Stephen Lang Is a Big Guy

For you

The last time we checked in on the horror movie VFW, we found out the jacked star of Avatar and Don’t Breath was going to be joined by ’80s bad-asses William Sadler, Martin Kove, Fred Williamson and George Wendt for some grindhouse-style death action.

The synopsis sounds straight out of some straight-to-video kill porn:

A typical night for a group of war veterans at the local VFW turns into an all-out battle for survival when a teenage girl runs into the bar with a bag of stolen drugs.

Suddenly under attack from a gang of punk mutants looking to get back what’s theirs – at any cost – the vets use every weapon they can put together to protect the girl and their VFW, in the biggest fight of their lives.

I’m not exactly sure how “mutants” are going to figure into this setting.

Are mutants something normal in VFW‘s world?

Did some event occur that caused people to mutate?

Does it even matter?

No — because we’ve got Stephen Lang going full Comanche for you:

Need More?

You shouldn’t, ya pansy.

But if you’re still undecided, check out the trailer you missed while you were busy wasting your time on some other estrogen-infused, soy-based genre site:

I’m absolutely going to watch this movie while eating a 14-ounce hormone-free, grass-fed ribeye and chugging down cold-pressed wolfberry juice.

If you don’t do the same, I don’t know how you can consider yourself a man.

VFW will be in theaters, on VOD and in Digital HD February 14, 2020.

Be a shame if you had other plans that night, pussy.
