Not going to lie. I love this concept.
Whether it’s Jean Claude Van Damme in Hard Target, Ice-T in Surviving The Game, blaxploitation werewolves with added funk in The Beast Must Die or the story that started it all, Richard Connell’s novella The Most Dangerous Game.

The movie, from Compliance and Z For Zachariah Director Craig Zobel, has been shrouded in secrecy. But now the details are out.
From the studio release:
Twelve strangers wake up in a clearing, they don’t know where they are, or how they got there. They don’t know they’ve been chosen for “The Hunt”. A group of globalist elites has gathered for the very first time at a remote Manor House to hunt humans for sport.
However one of the hunted knows the game already and will turn on the hunters, picking them off one by one and working towards the person at the centre of it all, a mysterious woman played by Hilary Swank.
Maggie Gillian, Ike Barinholtz, Emma Roberts, Justin Hartley, Glenn Howerton, Amy Madigan, Macon Blair and Steve Coulter all star.
It is written by Nick Cuse and Damon Lindelof. It’s down for a theatrical release, so no Netflix just yet! It’s out on September 27th.
