A24 is the studio responsible for The VVitch, Hereditary and Midsommar and this looks like it’s another solid outing.

I can’t think of the last time anyone delivered this consistent of a product in any genre so whatever the heads at A24 are doing I hope they keep it up.

The is the first feature for writer-director Rose Glass who has cut her teeth doing horror shorts.

It looks like she’s on her way to making a successful transition winning the IWC Schaffhausen Filmmaker Bursary Award.

The cast includes Morfydd Clark (Crawl, Pride and Prejudice and Zombies), Jennifer Ehle (Zero Dark Thirty, Robcop) and Turlough Covery (Ready Player One).

Saint Maud is set for a March 27, 2020 release.
