Netflix is hoping audiences won’t say “neigh” to their upcoming film Horse Girl.

A trailer for it just dropped, but despite the film’s title, it seems no one in it was ever kicked by a colt and given superpowers based on a pony.

Sarah, an awkward woman with a fondness for crafts, horses, and supernatural crime shows, finds her increasingly lucid dreams trickling into her waking life.

Horse Girl stars Alison Brie as the awkward woman who is still good looking enough to draw in male viewers, as well some pretty old school TV comedy names such as Paul Reiser, Molly Shannon, and former Disney Channel star Debby Ryan.

It was directed by Jeff Baena, who wrote the pretty good I Heart Huckabees with David O. Russell, but is probably best known for making the pretty meh zombie comedy Life After Beth with Aubrey Plaza.

The entire thing feels like a mess and with Netflix’s track record with original films not exactly blowing anyone away, that’s not a good sign. But it did play at Sundance, so maybe there is some hope for this.

The last frame does say that there is some graphic nudity, so I’m sure it will at least get a quick scroll through by a bunch of people.

Horse Girl gallops onto Netflix on February 7.
