I’ve no idea which iteration of DC’s Teen Titans this is. Looking at the art style I’d have to go with the Powerpuff Girls. Oh, and Nic Cage (finally) gets to play – voice – Superman. So there’s that. Some other people you may have heard of also get paid to talk. More info over at IMDb.
