We Like JDM, Don’t We?

The man seems to have developed a genre fan following much larger than what should be afforded to him by his modest list of notable credits.

I’ve got him as being a perfect Comedian in Watchmen and doing an “ain’t this a hoot” performance as Negan in a few seasons of The Walking Dead.

A few seasons where the show’s viewership plummeted dramatically.

But that’s pretty much it.

Now he’s fronting The Postcard Killings, based on James Patterson and Liza Marklund bestselling novel:

NY Detective Jacob Kanon’s world is destroyed when his daughter and son-in-law are brutally murdered in London. Unable to sit idly by and do nothing, Jacob travels to London get the answers he needs. As he learns of similar heinous murders happening across Europe – each preceded by a postcard sent to a local journalist – Jacob is in a race against time to stop the killings and find justice for his little girl.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan going for some revenge? I’m already in.

Let’s see what the trailer gives us:

Not bad. Looks pretty good. Morgan probably does a great out-of-control thing.

Plus who wouldn’t want to get revenge on behalf of Famke Janssen?

And it goes without saying, Jeffrey Dean Morgan should be in, like, everything.

Satisfied, fanbaby?

Well, you will be when The Postcard Killings hits VOD on March 13, 2020.
